Once you have stepped into our Gemstones, you will feel like being home … you will find yourself in our home – that is how we approach our projects when renovating, furnishing and decorating our Gemstones. We are inviting you as our friends into our vacation homes and we are proud of our getaway places and which we are happy to share with you. And therefore, we very much appreciate if our friends respect some basic house rules (conditions) which will makes us feel proud for a longer time, helps to preserve our Gemstones for a longer time as nice and beautiful as on the first day and makes everybody feel home.
We very well understand that tear and wear is normal in every house and every rental place, however, we all are humans and we all have different views and opinions on what is wear and tear. We are confident that everybody will pay attention and contribute to the minimal wear and tear of our Gemstones, nevertheless, as a generally accepted practice in apartment rentals, also we will take 500 Euros security deposit for every stay at our Gemstones and refund the entire deposit should there be no damage added to the homes. And, if for whatever reason something should really happen during your stay (which we hope it won’t), please reach out to us explaining the situation and we surely will find a solution.
Please read and share with your fellow travellers our house rules to familiarize with them prior to arrival. Most probably, there will be no surprises and mostly basics which we consider as good behaviour. The house rules will be also available in the apartment for your reference.
The security deposit of 500 Euros has to be paid min. 10 days before arrival date and will be refunded 8-12 days after departure date (conditionally to no damage). Non-receipt of security deposit can result in one-sided cancellation of rental agreement including loss of reservation fee paid at the time of the reservation.
Account details and further instructions will be provided after reservation and sufficient time before payment date. Should the reservation happen on a short notice before arrival date, security deposit is due at reservation.
